All orders are made to order and freshly prepared. Have a look at our menu choices. When you are ready to select, send us a message including your requirements through our booking form on the home page or email grazeandretreat@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you to confirm our availability.
Please try to place your order 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment. We will endeavor to accommodate your order. Large orders such as weddings require at least 4 weeks notice. For events or weddings contact us at grazeandretreat@gmail.com to enquire.
Please advise of any dietary needs. We can accommodate gluten free, keto, vegan or vegetarian requirements. Let us know of any allergies in advance.
All orders are delivered. We will coordinate with you upon confirmation of your order.
As we accommodate customers through our availability, this means that it is highly likely that we have turned away requests to secure your order/event. Because of this we have a firm cancellation policy.
a. In the case of cancellations notified thirty one (31) business days or more, Graze and Retreat will refund the full amount paid.
b. Cancellations will not be credited if two (2) weeks notice hasn't been provided.
