Questions? How can we assist?

How do you order?

All orders are made to order and freshly prepared.  Have a look at our menu choices. When you are ready to select, send us a message including your requirements through our booking form on the home page or email grazeandretreat@gmail.com and we will be in contact with you within 48hrs to confirm our availability.

How much time in advance is needed to book?

Please try to place your order 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment. We will endeavor to accommodate your order. Large orders such as weddings require at least 3 weeks notice. For weddings contact us at grazeandretreat@gmail.com to enquire.

What about dietary requirements and allergies?

Please advise of any dietary needs. We can accommodate gluten free, keto, vegan or vegetarian requirements. Let us know of any allergies in advance.

Can I customize my order?

We are happy to customize your order for your event, wedding, picnic, corporate branding, gift giving or to treat yourself! Let us know what you have in mind, we are enthusiastic in assisting with customizing and will provide you with a quote.

Is delivery available?

All orders are delivered.  We will coordinate with you upon confirmation of your order.  

What is your cancellation policy?

As we accommodate customers through our availability, this means that it is highly likely that we have turned away requests to secure your order/event. Because of this we have a firm cancellation policy. 


a. In the case of cancellations notified thirty one (31) business days or more, Graze and Retreat will refund the full amount paid.


b. Cancellations will not be credited if two (2) weeks notice hasn't been provided.
